Got in contact with a recruiter on LinkedIn and got a HackerRank assessment. After clearing that that a Zoom interview with developers. Code pair and behavioral questions. Then I was invited for an onsite but I requested for video interview instead. The final zoom interview comprised of Code pair and behavioral questions. Then I was told that in 2 weeks they will let me know the final results. It has been 3 months but still no result. Recruiter just keeps telling that team has yet not made the decision.
