I had 4 rounds of onsite interview ( Technical Assessment, Team Lead interview, Business discovery case presentation and finally Manager Interview). It was a pleasant experience. It was well organised and well structured. The interview questions were really basic and from my CV. They also asked me lot of questions based on my previous projects and situational questions.

I went to Hyland on a class trip from my university. There were about 20 of us, all Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Science majors. Anyone who was graduating within a year was given an interview on-site during our company visit. The interviewer talked very little and it was difficult to gauge his reactions to my responses. He was a Senior Business Consultant.
