Two step interview, the process was fine. Took a while to get back to me however in all stages. Unclear with salary expectations. Neutral process.

As human as it gets. Very open, honest and transparent. Felt valued as a candidate and potential colleague. Applied through advertised opening and was asked to respond to a number of questions relating to purpose, motivation, facilitation style etc. Went multiple rounds and was able to meet several team members - both those who I would interact with day to day as well as management. Reflect fondly on the experience.
