The interview process was great and lasted a couple of weeks. First, I met with the Design Director for an initial screening and learned a bit about the role and responsibilities. After this, I was given a design & coding test which required that I code and style a static website using Codepen based on a wireframe that they provided. One week later, I received an official offer and met with the President to learn more about the company. This was a fantastic opportunity and a difficult decision, but I declined because of another offer I received.

It was two rounds, one with a manager and then one panel. They were really laid back and wanted to know more about my personality. I guess because it was a smaller company.
