The interview process was very streamlined. I initially learned about the role through a recruiting agency that frequently partners with Hyphen, so they helped coordinate the next steps. From there, the process moved quickly. I interviewed directly with the Manager for about an hour through a video call, and we kept cameras on. The conversation was a mix of behavioral questions, questions about my previous experience, and a discussion about how I approach requirements, communication, and cross-team collaboration. Overall, it felt very efficient and focused.

It was pretty straight forward. Expects you to lead the interview in terms of early preparation and new implementation ideas. You should relate whatever you are doing in your current role and showcase how it would be a great fit.
