resume submission > interview > offer letter . Interview was pretty basic about sales. Tell me something about yourself. Why sales instead of tech. Why Hyperbots. Do you know the products of hyperbots . etc etc. It was inside my collage .
Overall, my experience was quite positive. The tech team was very supportive throughout the process.
I went through four rounds of interviews:
Screening Round – A basic introductory conversation to understand my background and expectations.
Technical Round 1 – This round had a rapid series of questions. While intense, the questions remained fairly general.
Technical Round 2 – Focused more on the specific technologies relevant to the role I was being considered for.
Final Round – This was primarily a salary negotiation and discussion about the offer details.
The process was structured and transparent, and the team made sure I felt comfortable at each step.

I interviewed with Hyprbots Systems, undergoing 3 intensive rounds and completing 2 assignments over a period of 5-6 weeks. Despite my efforts to get updates after the final assignment, I was initially told my profile was under consideration. However, after a follow-up two weeks later, communication ceased without any feedback. It's crucial for companies to maintain communication with candidates, especially after such an extensive process. Irrespective of the outcome, feedback or a definitive response is fundamental. This lack of response has been disappointing, considering the effort and time invested in the interview process.
