Easy interview. Not much to tell about pros, since I got through only the first interview. Questions jumped from "what are recent projects you have worked on?" to more specific questions of DevOps world, like "why would you use Helm/Terraform/some random tool?" The cons are interviewers seemed to not knowing what question to ask. They seemed to strumble asking question about the role I applied for. I got random and very broad question like "what protocols do you know?". I didn't know really what they wanted me to answer. I would also mention some language barrier between me and the other two interviewer. I don't want to be mean, but their accent was difficult to understand and their incoming voice volume was physically weak, even with headphones and volume boost (there was an high ratio of noise/sound). Please, prepare questions for your interviews and also raise your microphone input volume!!
