Three rounds of interviews over ~1 month. First round virtual with HR. Second round virtual with hiring manager-scheduled to be only 15 minutes. Third round: assessment exercise pitch deck and then giving an in-person 1hr presentation to the hiring manager and another member of senior leadership. After putting me through all of that, they never got back to me to even tell me that I didn't get the job. I sent a thank-you email the week of the interview, then sent a follow-up two weeks after the interview asking for an update- this email was sent to both the hiring manager and to the member of senior leadership I presented my presentation to. No response from either of them.
