I applied for the Sales Operations Program Manager (R26980) on the company careers website and got contacted by the recruiter for the screening process. I scheduled 15 minutes call with the recruiter via MS Teams in the morning (PST) but she did not join the call. I sent her a note to let her know that I was waiting for her for 15 minutes. The recruiter replied after a few hours with the reason that she had another call coming up and asked me to reschedule. I rescheduled the call to another day in the morning (PST) but the same situation reoccurred since the recruiter never showed up for 15 minutes! Then I followed up with her in the email and got her Out of Office message. The recruiter replied back after a few hours saying that she was stuck in another meeting!? I have dealt with a very bad recruiter at Hyve Solutions. How is this person contributing to the company searching for a talent when herself is not sufficient? This one individual recruiter has no moral! Please follow the standard practice to treat all candidates with respect!

4 rounds of interview consists of: - recruiter (phone screening) - hiring manager (Director of NPI) - program manager supervisor - program manager supervisor Overall the interview questions were mainly about behavioral situations and some on project management methodology.
