long, took a tour of facility, asked about my strengths and weaknesses, seems like a nice place, trying to decide if i would like to work there. facility is nice and HR was extremely helpful

I went through a phone interview first which went smoothly! Easy questions regarding what to expect and what my expectations are with working with students. After I had in person interview and was given a clear expectations of the role and what the job would entail. The interview went well and was very conversional!

What do you do when there is a behavior from a student?
The interview process was fairly simple. Was offered the job on the spot so we’ll see if that ends up being a good thing. overall, the communication has been nice.
