The interview was done through a phone call to assess your communication skills. They basically asked about my work experience, skills that are relevant to the nature of the business, and how I can be of positive contribution to the company. They assessed my communication skills which is really important since that's what it all comes down to, being able to communicate to customers for them to sign up for their services offered.
