Skype interview. Must speak Japanese and English. I was asked very general questions. The interviewer explained company environment and asked if I could do it. Job offer received in a week but total process took around one month.

It was a very casual process. The manager interviewed me right off the bat. He asked basic questions like how did you hear about us and why I'm interested in the Japanese culture.

The First interview is video interview and once you pass, they will schedule the on site interview and meet the branch manager. You will hear back from them in a couple of days.
