Application consisted of a few short essay questions. The first round interview was an online assessment (i.e. video-taped interview), and the second/final round was a panel. Panel questions were standard, with a focus on knowledge about the donor and resourc-mobilization landsape in the sector. There were also a few competency-based questions.
