I applied at the branch with the HR manager. She asked some common questions about my resume and why i wanted to work there. In a couple of days i was called for an interview. I interviewed with two people at the same time. They asked basic interview questions. Be prepared with examples. After that interview i got the second interview with the CEO. The same person who interviewed me the first time was in the room too. This was more informational than questions.

Interview process consist of 2 - 3 interviews. The first one will be basic get to know you setting. Questions will be very easy to answer. The rest will be more in depth. The process can take a couple of weeks.

On-campus interview with two men from Tulsa. Mainly went over my resume and experience. Overall the interviewers were okay, but one man had to take a phone call during the interview for about 5 minutes. Never heard back from anyone and it's been a month. Luckily I found another position elsewhere.

It was a group/panel interview with three financial executives. They explained that the job was an entry level job that consisted in about three years of training or less, depending on the ability of the employee. It was a behavioral interview and they would ask me if I had accounting background.
