Easy interview process, I had a phone interview then I was asked to come into the branch where I worked to do a decoy f interview with manager and lead teller.

Interview was done over Microsoft Teams, main concern seemed to be if I was comfortable with a sales goal and canvasing to get new business. They asked about my experience, how I would maintain client relationships, and what my strengths were. They discussed pay. Pay is low, but with opportunity to earn commission.

Sort of long but was enjoyable. Didn't feel that nervous during the interview. Was sort of fun actually! Don't be nervous it is super easy so do not stress. I wish you the best of luck during your interview
