The organizers at IBEW Local 46 were very helpful when I was deciding to organize into the IBEW union. Although I came in on my own and was ready to join without any persuasion, I could tell that someone who was still on the fence about joining wouldn't feel like they were being pushed into anything. I recommend it for anyone interested!
