Colloquio
The whole process was quick, easy and simple. I applied online on a Friday night and got a call 12pm the following Saturday. It was a quick over the phone interview, basically background information and stuff that would be on your resume. Lovely conversation with HR nothing forced just a nice conversation about yourself and what you can do. They will contact you in a few days and I got an email for a 1:1 interview in 4 days. Easy interview questions even if you are a rookie just be relaxed, speak well, have a pleasant personality and show that you are willing to do your best. After that you do a speech and listening test done on a computer provided (its too easy to even be considered a test) and based on your results of the test they offer you the job. Within another week you do the drug test, police record, do paperwork, set up payment to your bank account and take ID photos. Then they give you the date to begin paid training which can be between 5-7 weeks depending on the resources available and your trainer. They have the best trainers btw

I did the entire process for a day. I was able to pass everything and was told I got in. However, I was also told i can't do the contract signing yet as my account is still pending for a job offer. It's already my 6th day waiting. Others who applied later than me had their contract signing already and this confuses me a lot. :(

The first interview was an information session in the unemployment building. They discussed the environment and the attendance policy. The next step was at the actual center where we went over two PowerPoint presentations and took two common sense exams open note so take good notes. This is a test to see if you can keep up with the fast pace environment of a call center. Three people in the meeting couldn't and we're called outside and let go everyone else were hired. Then we came in for paperwork.
