Asked about drawings I had done from school, presented my capstone which was a transit hub (IBI does a LOT of transit). This was a very informal interview as apparently I was referred with high regard, and it was going over the job I was being hired for, and talking about skills and interests in the AEC industry.

Principal and Senior Architect attended the interview. Question were very standard as presenting portfolio and talk about projects . Later they had more specific questions about skills and qualification. Late they explained company organization and they workflow. It's very intense and fast pace.
