I recently had an interview with IBM for a Software Development Intern role in Dublin. It was a non technical interview, a few behavioural questions, and then it's was about the projects I have done, and I had displayed a keen interest in Java, so he asked a few theory questions about that. Found them pretty easy, he did keep going but yeah, overall it was just about what I have studied and worked on until now.

## IBM Interview Process
The process began with initial resume shortlisting, followed by competitive **DSA and coding rounds** to test core technical concepts. After clearing those, I cleared two comprehensive interviews with the **Hiring Manager/Tech Expert** and **HR**.
