the process took one day , i interviewed at IBM hyd mindspace. It started with batches of 50 entering the premises and each person is given to talk about a topic given by the employer. i was asked to just introduce myself. out of the 50 odd people 4 people we're selected. the next round was a face to face interview, i faced a little difficulty towards the end of the round when the HR looked straight into my face and asked me "not to repeat the mistake i have made today , and if i did repeat it , the companies wouldn't give me a single chance to join them" i was taken aback by his comment , i couldn't understand why he said that and back out of the room disappointed. but to my surprise i did clear that round, i guess the HR was checking on how i would react to such statements , i guess. the next round was a telephonic round, where they ask you very simple questions about the computer. you are assured a job once you have cleared the second round , do not worry about the telephonic round. these three rounds and the results being announced took place from 10am-8pm.

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
