this was for the entry level oracle package specialist within the associates program. after applying i completed the hirevue recorded interview (only audio required, no video). I was then reached out to by a recruiter about my salary expectations, etc., and then about scheduling an interview which was with two interviewers. It felt mostly like casual conversation. I was later reached out to for scheduling a second interview, which ended up being cancelled. There was a bit of delayed communication with that which was stressful, but it turns out that the interview was cancelled because they decided to give me an offer. Fairly standard over, no room for negotiation due to how the program is set up.
