I received some calls, did an online test, 3 skype meetings and at the end of the process I was invited to an on site interview. The thing is that I had to travel, take a plane and sleep on another city without any financial help from IBM. They couldn't say if position would be mine or give any other information about the selection and I would have the expenses of a costly travel without any help? No thanks IBM.

## IBM Interview Process
