There were 2 rounds out of which the first was technical which took around 45 minutes and covered almost all the basics and few scenarios.After that managerial plus HR round in which they ask questions like why did you leave the previous company,why do you want to join IBM etc etc and discuss the package too. The overall experience was good.
For me, there were two rounds of technical questions and one HR round. Each round is an elimination round. Usually the process completes within a couple of weeks. You might need to be patient though, and wait for them to roll out your offer.

Spring boot related questions, Microservices, Core Java, SQL, Angular, Javascript. 2 Technical rounds, Managerial Round, and HR round. 2 Coding questions were there. It was nice experience for me. Core java concepts.

Hiring process was smooth.Many questions related to my current working project. The results were announced on the same day. It was a virtual interview. First technical round then PDM,after that it was a phone interview for compensation discussion.
