The entire interview process was too long. It started with a short phone call to check background and arrange a meeting in their office. First Meeting was with HR and it took 30-40 mins, normal questions but no info for salary or daily work. After the first interview I was asked to go to an institute to make an English test, and 3 days later I had a second interview with the line. After that I had the medical check in a clinic. Finally I received a call more than 2 weeks after the process was initiated, they confirmed the position and salary , which ended to be lower than expected after discounts.
I decided not to take the job.
Passed first round of interview process, received confirmation to proceed, then the hiring manager realized I wasn't eligible due to a mistake in the job description and disqualified me -_-
it was good the process was bit difficult it was about jurnal entries and accounting three rounds of interview with technical hr and resume shotlisting technical is bit hard to crack
Average. Totally 3 rounds, 1st round is the phone screening , then 2nd round interview, meet with direct managers after a week, then meet with department managers in 2 weeks...............
