This was a pool campus drive held at Sharda University, Greater Noida on 18th and 19th January 2017. Eligible students were invited through email to attend the drive. The entire recruitment process has 3 stages:
1.Online Test
2.Document Verification
3.Technical+HR Interveiw
You get a coupon number before the process begins. Online Test contains 2 sections, The first section is IPAT which has 18 number series MCQ questions and you get 2.15 minutes to solve each question. As soon as you complete it, there are 18 MCQ questions on quantitative aptitude with a time of 2.15 minutes to solve each questions. To clear this round solve as many questions you can from m4maths, it will help you a lot.
Next section is called Kenexa, it is a Business Communication round to check your grammar. No timer, you are given 20 minutes to solve 22 questions. Make sure you keep a watch. If it is locked and you miss to submit, you will land into trouble. The questions are same as asked in every IBM drive. Search these questions on m4maths or on any other website.
After the test, candidates were asked to wait for results. After the result was posted on notice board, your status will be printed either Clear or Not Clear. I had In Progress status which made me wait more, just do not worry, they will ask you to submit the test again, this does not mean you need to re-appear. Just, log in and submit pending assessment.
After clearing the online test, your documents are verified on the same day. This was the most poorly managed round because , there was no order of calling. You need to be smart to get you verification done as soon as possible. There are 2 rounds of verification. Make sure you carry all your original documents along with you.They will give you your interview date and time.
I was asked for interview on 21st January. Both HR and technical questions were asked. Remember to prepare your resume subjects well. The interviewer was very friendly and nice which made me very comfortable. After my interview, I was asked to wait for my update, they called my name and asked for bio-metric verification. This was the happiest moment of the day.
Some Tips :
1.During the online test, mark and submit the question before the timer gets over. If you do not submit and move to next question 3 times, you test will be locked.
2.Carry a watch for business communication round. Submit before 20 minutes.
3.Carry all your original documents along with you.
4.You can use system calculator but no physical calculators are allowed.
5.Carry original government issued ID card or you will not be allowed to sit in the test.
6.Be confident and smile during interview.
I got my Expression of Interest on 25th January, 2017. All the best to everyone.
