1. The company was not flexible for Skype/telephonic interview despite it being for an IT domain. They only wanted a F2F interview round
2. Despite being told that I'm selected and taking my previous salary slips, the offer letter never came.
The recruitment process consists of several stages, all conducted online, including a hackerrank coding and english language assessment, an online video assessment, and a final interview with the HR team.
