Depends on the requirements. I got a call directly from Project Manager. Had a technical discussion on phone which was over 1 hour long. Then Managerial round on Skype. No face to face interview at all.

Asked basic concepts. Interview was not so difficult.
It was smooth , had 2 round of interview- One Tech and 2nd Manager. And HR round you need to submit the document . After that offer discussion and even in manager round sometime they discuss about the package expected

Profession interview organised by IBM. Perfect eco and more interactive interview session. Lovely organisation to work at and very supportive and well professional staff of Human resource department. Interview process was conducted in professional and systematic way.

The interview process was lengthy and had multiple rounds. As well as the waiting period was also quite long, which took the entire day. The last was the manager round.
