Good, interactive. Focused more on logical questions than knowledge based questions.
The interview was conducted for an internal switch to another team.
The hiring manager started the telephonic call by introducing the technical lead.
He Interviewed with questions mostly on Java and Networking for around 30 mins.
I answered most of the Java questions correctly, and didn't know some of Networking questions, but he was Ok with it, as I was kind of new to it.
Overall interview went well. And the hiring manager also took feedback from current manager and considering that, I got the selection news in couple of days.

## IBM Interview Process
