Phone interview, followed by an in person interview at their office in Toronto. After an offer was given for the job I was asked to submit to a background check and a police check. The in person interview was the technical one and took about an hour with a mostly oral exam.

## IBM Interview Process
The process began with initial resume shortlisting, followed by competitive **DSA and coding rounds** to test core technical concepts. After clearing those, I cleared two comprehensive interviews with the **Hiring Manager/Tech Expert** and **HR**.
