First we exchanged emails about how and when the phone interview was about to happen. After getting all that done and passing phone interview, you now get a face to face. During the face to face , the interview is fairly easy and the manager will mostly ask about how behavior questions and a few technical questions related to datacenter tech position such as RAIDS DHCP and Troubleshooting ..

Interview was conducted poorly, where I had to speak to an HCL America vendor before speaking to the Site Manager. The rate was not accurate upon joining, no visibility into pay in interview.
