Firstly had to clear a written test which contains aptitude questions. Then Group discussions. If you are selected you have to attend a technical interview. Need to clear that and you are an IBMer.. :)

Recruiters evaluate communication, technical knowledge, problem-solving, confidence, and behavior. Shortlisted candidates receive offer letters, complete document verification, and join the company after final selection.

It was good and okay if you actually study you get in if not it'll be difficult so study what you and actually practice it because if it I do not know how you are gonna make it unless you do

The discussion went well. It was mainly focused on my resume and the projects I have worked on. Since it is an early career role, the questions were not too technical but more centered around my experience and understanding of my projects.
