I applied through college it was a two step process .it took two days. Aptitude test followed by HR round. Aptitude contains basic questions and HR round is to check communication skill and your willingness to job.

The technical and personal HR were went for 1 hour ..First and psychometric round were held at one day and HR was held at the followed day.
