Its a step by step process. First of all there will be an aptitude test that would cover your general IQ and a technical skill test. Based on performance in the two test the candidates are shortlisted for the next round. The next round would be a group interview wherein the candidates are divided into multiple groups and are asked to come up with a conclusion. Finally there would be a face to face interview. One would involve technical and the other would be HR based. For lateral hires there would be a face to face interview wherein their experiences become the basis of the interviews.

The interview process was somewhat quick and the interviewer was very nice. The interviewer was international located outside of London. I was told I would be moving forward to the next round and was ultimately rejected a few days after the interview .

Online interview video format. Mostly about your approach to problem solving. Wouldn't describe it as difficult but felt more nervous than an actual interview. Everything is timed and you get 1 practice answer.

I was invited to an interview which took about 50 minutes. Mostly behavioral questions and my experiences based on my application. I wasn't called back for a second round interview despite the first round going well.
