IBM is selecting intern for isl labs .its a 2 day process.on first day they conducted their online test which consists of 18 series and 18 quantitative .which is their own software after that they selected 30 students for the interview .next day all were asked mostly on big data technology.if no one knows and your a java developer your are mostly selected

It’s very easy, was a quick call, and they asked about behavioral questions and skills. Told me that if they liked my profile they would call me in the next days.
Smooth process with HR phone screen followed by technical interview. Questions focused on previous projects, problem-solving, and role knowledge. Interviewers were friendly and explained each step clearly, process is good overall
