There were 3 rounds.
1) Online Aptitude Test- held on the first day- Not so difficult
2) Online English Test- held on the first day- Easy
3) Personal HR interview- held on the second day

Most of the questions were about the projects that you have written in your CV. They also asked few branch related questions.
Then they asked HR related questions like how will you handle a person who is not working in your team; if your shift ends at 5pm and your boss gives you work at 3pm, what will you do; are you flexible with your job location and timings.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.

Questions from my project, they told to explain about the project I have put in resume and then they started explaining about the role
there were 3 rounds, 1st was coding, next 2 were technical interview. 1st round went well but then got rejected in the 1st technical round. It was easy but then don't know what went wrong
