The interview process was confusing. HR were slow to return email. The interviewers seem distracted. I did 2 interviews face to face. The questions were generally expected ones. I wasn't sure exactly what the role was by the end.
A couple interviews with technical staff. Problem was that management indicated moving from hybrid model to full in office. That wasn't going to fly when I was doing the same job for a competitor fully remote

Very easy going, laid back. Great environment. More questions about fit than technical questions. They have a wonderful culture and are looking for those who will align with their values.
Interview was good , 2007 joined ibm India .
In Bangalore.learned lot in ibm during working in ibm. Storage and service management worked in it during the tenure.different aspects of technology learned in it.
