I was contacted by a recruiter who wouldn't let me know the name of the company until he knew I was interested in the job. After reviewing my resume and approving of it I was told the company was IBM Softlayer and the company was branching out in the Kanto region of Japan. The waiting for the interview itself was a month process and when it is finally go time they will tell you that week. Interviews are held Mon-Fri from 10 AM - 3PM via Zoom (online interview). The interview was run by one hiring manager and one technician who only listens to the conversation. Most of the questions were about team work and challenging situations at work (previous job obstacles and whether or not you can be a TEAM player). There were a a few technical questions about Hardware. I will tell you not to be confused by the job title as in IBM Server Build Engineer really stands for Data Center Technician and has NOTHING to do with software. It is a starting IT position so if you have some basic IT experience review your hardware and go for it.
