The first round is clearly based on shortlisting of candidates from their CV. Depending on the projects and skills they shortlisted for the next round. The second round was a telephonic round. concepts based on OS, CN , DBMS and Linux commands were asked. Moreover the questions were scenario based (application specific).
The shortlisted candidates got an HR call in which couple of basic questions were asked based on CV, background and future plans.

It’s very easy, was a quick call, and they asked about behavioral questions and skills. Told me that if they liked my profile they would call me in the next days.
The interview process was a positive experience overall—well organized, professional, and welcoming. Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers created an open, respectful environment that made it easy to have a genuine conversation.
