I got the interview call for the graduate software developer. The first round was a phone call from one of the DevOps manager. It was quite general questions regarding my current and previous jobs. Asked some behavioural questions as well. All together it was nice ans easy going interview.

## IBM Interview Process
The process began with initial resume shortlisting, followed by competitive **DSA and coding rounds** to test core technical concepts. After clearing those, I cleared two comprehensive interviews with the **Hiring Manager/Tech Expert** and **HR**.
