There was no transparency in the process and clarity on the status of the application.
I was informed that I have received an offer from IBM through an SMS. Later on a phone call, I was told that joining date for the position is very far away in the future and that would I be interesting in other roles with earlier joining. I was told I would need to interview again for the new role. Despite agreeing to the request, there was no follow up. Only to be informed that I was not selected for the position, months later.

There was a single behavioral interview offered by a different department after applying to 2 different positions and doing Hackerranks for them. Basic questions about projects on your resume and experience and the recruiters were nice.

they asked about projects and one simple coding question in different ways. Reducing time and space complexity , then asked about dbms and asked can you write queries or not .
