One of the worst recruitment experience I've ever had the pain to endure. The recruitment process began in December 2018. I applied through the IBM careers website. After a long waiting without answers, I decided to call and e-mail my recruiter for further information about my recruitment process with no success. After a few weeks, I got the chance to get an interview as Java Developer Jr through an IBM event. After I attended and got the interview, I didn't receive any information from my recruiter. Five calls and two e-mails unanswered later, I decided to talk to the reception and. Oh, surprise! She went on vacation without even tell me! I got assigned another recruiter who once again didn't reply to my phone calls and e-mails. Then she leads me to another recruiter, for a Student position instead. Again, no answer. Then, now, after one and a half months after my recruitment process began the lady sadly informs me that my Institution wasn't registered on IBM's database to consider me for a Student position, and the process to register the Institution was about to take up to three or four months. All ended with a "sorry, after having you waiting 1.5 months for an answer, we are sorry to finally tell you, no. So, bye". I'm not mad about the answer itself. I'm mad about all the three recruiters who didn't answer my e-mails, phone calls and weren't in contact with me to give me information about my process. Thanks for wasting my time.

The interview took place in a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The questions were asked in a clear and thoughtful manner, aimed at assessing the actual understanding of the topics rather than just the memorization of definitions.
