The process was divided in three parts. It was a campus placement. 1. Aptitude and business communication skills test: The aptitude test level was easy to moderate. Communication skills test was new to me but you can score well if you have a good hold over English language. 2. Group discussion: They put more focus on how you speak and confidence level rather than what you speak. ( This doesn't mean you go completely off the topic and speak anything you feel like. Relevance is necessary) 3. Technical + HR interview: Interviewer assessed on practical approach and asked questions on data structures, algorithms and operating systems. You can mention your favorite subjects. He asked clear explanations of terms with practical examples. I found it to be a little challenging. Even if you don't know the solution, you must try to make an attempt at answering it. 'Never give up' attitude did land many of us jobs there.

This was the first virtual interview I had, and the interviewer didn't ask me any questions instead he asked me to give an impromptu presentation on a project that I worked on. For the first interview it would have been nice to get a heads-up to create a presentation or be prepared to start coding a project in front of someone.
