Colloquio
I first received a call from the recruiter and she was trying to sell me on coming. The weather is really bad here but I was okay with it. Then I had two back to back interviews, the first with the hiring manager and the second with another financial analyst. The first interviewer was really nice and asked easy questions. The second interviewer grilled me and really challenged my experiences. I thought I failed for sure but received an offer.

Passed first round of interview process, received confirmation to proceed, then the hiring manager realized I wasn't eligible due to a mistake in the job description and disqualified me -_-
it was good the process was bit difficult it was about jurnal entries and accounting three rounds of interview with technical hr and resume shotlisting technical is bit hard to crack
Average. Totally 3 rounds, 1st round is the phone screening , then 2nd round interview, meet with direct managers after a week, then meet with department managers in 2 weeks...............
