They had given Personality test in which 50 percentage of candidates were eliminated.It was very poor service from IBM management. The rounds wer conducted on campus itself.They conducted rounds as if they were doing time pass here.

Mostly general questions and basic computer knowledge are questioned. A friendly HR. questions based on resume. needed minimum knowledge in cloud computing. Skills in English language are keenly observed. All the best.
