Round 1: Technical assessment and need to get 40%.
Round 2: Managerial Round.
Round 3: HR Round.
Round 4: HR will call you and share the offer letter through the IBM link.

All managed remotely and by phone, no video conference. First interview by HR with a general screening and overview, then a second interview with hiring manager. Friendly and welcoming attitude, both asking and answering, providing a complete overview of the company and job role.
