Foi agendada uma entrevista com o gestor da área uma semana antes da data da entrevista. A entrevista em si foi tranquila e todas as perguntas foram objetivas e com o foco da área de projetos.
Fluido, humano, foco em experiência e resultados. Foi um processo um pouco lento, embora sempre recebi feedback do início até o fim. Fui entrevistado pelo gestor quem foi respeitoso, gentil e profissional.

Got a link to a platform where you were asked to answer a series of questions. The answers had to be recorded, every answer was supposed to be answered in less than 3 minutes. Beforehand, the advice was given to prepare using the STAR framework.
Important: once started, you can only interrupt the process once, since they don't want you to have unlimited preparation time for the answers. If it gets interrupted (e.g. due to network connectivity or by closing the tab) a second time, the process is stopped and your interview is basically aborted.

Zuerst tauschen wir uns über die gegenseitigen Erwartungen aus. Danach besprechen wir konkrete Situationen aus meiner bisherigen Arbeit im Banking-Sektor, zum Beispiel wie ich Herausforderungen gelöst habe. Mir ist ein ehrlicher Austausch wichtig, damit beide Seiten sehen, ob die Zusammenarbeit passt.
