I was a remote hire. Over the phone, we talked about team culture, what the team is like and what types of tasks are available to be completed. No technical questions. Just general questions like "Can you code in C++", "Do you know how to debug and trace code".

Since I was previously an intern with an A evaluation, there were no technical or difficult questions to answer. My interview was more like a discussion and they probably expect me to be already proficient at the job. I believe I did terribly on the online aptitude test, which asks IQ questions related to patterns and reasoning... but I still got an offer.
