The ability to use office ,esp for excel
The interview was quite rigorous but then again expected in my region. I had to meet the HR first, then the Account Manager, and after that meeting with the Department Head.

Was based on couple of interviews in total. Without any tests. Not hard. First interview by phone and than two on site interviews in total. Final with HR and than a salary offer.
