It was very good. IBM HR team visited to college and they took first apti and later interview to shortlisted candidates. Appti was quite easy and have 100 quetion to solve in 1 hr.
Smooth not take much time, l1 hackathon if you clear it then l2 round should be there full technical round it is. After that managerial round then hr round process take a bit time
