After submitting my resume, I spoke with an IBM recruiter multiple times. I was given ample time to prepare for the interview, and the recruiter gave me suggestions and a ton of help. The recruiter also called many times to check up and keep me updated. Two half an hour one-on-one interviews. 4 other prospective employees were interviewing with different people at the same time, part of many during the day.

All expected. Questions about programming topics, education and job experience, and behavioral questions. Polymorphism, inheritance, encapsulation, and other topics were covered, and simple programming tasks we're given (loops, sorts, ...) in your best language.
